Skeptical Optimist Intervention Needed

of things they can do if they are bored.

Make sure it includes lots of outdoor stuff so they don't rot their brains on video games all summer.

We always made sure the list was at least a couple of pages long.

I always told my kids "only boring people get bored" then sent them outside to find something to do.

Boredom is actually really healthy for kids. Forces them to get creative .
