Looks like we are just grading the 2022-23 roster changes. If so, we can ignore Chandler and count the three RMs. It's hard to *replace* Barcello's known production with potential so the best grade we can give is a B...assuming we add a serviceable big man.

But, if we're grading recruiting and offseason moves, landing a high 4-star prospect in Chandler, a decent 3-star prospect in Moore, convincing George to stay, and adding two potential starters from the transfer portal, then the only reason it isn't an A is because we don't know yet for sure that we will add a serviceable big man with the final scholarship.
