Here's my list:
These have all benefited me to some degree over the past ten years as I've taken ownership of and grown a small professional office. I'm not prioritizing it, since you could afford all of them with two years of the book benefit your company provides.

Good to Great
Start with Why
Principles (Dalio)
Leadership and Self-Deception
Anatomy of Peace
Deep Work
Atomic Habits
Seven Habits of Highly . . .
The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
The Ideal Team Player
Extreme Ownership
The Power of Habit
Grit
Think Again
Thinking Fast and Slow
The Culture Code
Trust and Inspire
The Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX)
Drive (Pink)
When (Pink)
Man's Search for Meaning
Fish
Tiny Habits
Emotional Intelligence
Profit First
The E-Myth
Win Friends Influence People
Getting Things Done
Rising Strong
The Like Switch
Influence (Cialdini)

As mentioned above, there are surely some industry-specific titles that you'd want to grab.

Additionally, there are meaningful biographies both in and out of your career space that are inspiring or illuminating. I thought "Shoe Dog", "Steve Jobs", "When Breath Becomes Air", "The Boys in the Boat", "Wright Brothers", "Unbroken" and "Endurance" were outstanding.
