Homes are sitting for longer already, that's just after a few months of rate hikes. Rates likely to keep going up.. Asking prices will HAVE to come down (they already are). I still think Utah will do well, and homes will still be expensive. But right now they are at a nonsensical level of expensive when you consider the rates. They will drop, hold steady, and then SLOWLY climb.
