Just slapping a 2,3 or 4 at the end isn't going to work as well anymore as it has before COVID. Maybe some more original idea's as well besides retreading everything that possibly worked the last 20 years. Not trying to preach social justice in movies would help as well.
I could care less who they "cast" in the movies, as long as they are good actors and can bring the story along so I'm actually entertained. I'm not there for a lesson on civics or social justice, nor am I there to watch comic book characters I've never cared about until I walked into that theater. Hollywood has problems right now, they really need to find their purpose, which isn't to govern but simply to entertain. If they'd simply do that they'd be fine.
