2020 was the covid year so I think most fans were just happy to see BYU playing games that year. It would be hard to imagine BYU fans complaining.

In 2011 it was the first year of Independence and TH had to throw a schedule together in a relatively short amount. Home games vs Utah, Utah St and maybe UCF were good opponents but I get why fans might not be thrilled with home games vs IDSU, Idaho and NMSU. However that was the first year of Indy and schedules have improved since then.
