Obiwan is clearly running away from Vader and then sacrifices himself by
running away a different direction. Vader is the one trying to destroy him. He comes and confronts Obiwan instead of destroying the rebels and then his first words are,
“Have you come to destroy me, Obiwan?”
Uhhh, you literally are chasing him half way across the galaxy.
Who wrote this stuff and didn’t catch that?
