Both teams need a veteran Point Guard to play next to a scoring wing and both have a desirable pick in this draft (#10 & #11 respectively). The problem is that neither is going to give up their pick straight up for Conley and matching salaries. Ideally the Jazz would get a mid- to late pick in the teens from a Gobert trade and use Conley to move up in the draft. Something like this:

CHA gets: Rudy Gobert
UTA gets: #10 & #13, PJ Washington, Kai Jones & Gordon Hayward
WAS gets: #15 & Mike Conley
