No. 7 draft picks rarely become more than a role player.
Next year's draft pick might actually be worth something if the blazers blow it up, but the likelihood of that is probably zero if they have Rudy, Dame, and competent role players. Most likely it is a back half of the draft pick, which gets you a role player at best (with occassional exceptions)

You are getting a bunch of mediocre role players and a negative asset for a star.

On the other hand if I'm a Blazers fan, I'm all in.
