Just cooked some salmon fillets on there yesterday...awesome grill

That’s my go to. All you need is salt pepper lemon and butter. Costco or Sam’s fresh salmon. It’s money.

Something else to try: I do tilapia filets on butter with Tony Cachere's Cajun seasoning
