What does being a potential "Top 7" movie from just the 90s have to do with

being the best (or even Top 10) Disney move of all time? Very random way of looking at it, IMO.

But, since you asked, I would probably rank the following 90s movies ahead of Hercules. In no particular order...

Aladdin
Lion King
Beauty and the Beast
Miracle
Toy Story
Toy Story 2
Mulan
Cool Runnings

And potentially a couple of others...
