Neighbors in North Utah County said a few months ago that they had a realtor
come by their house and said they could get about 1.6 million easily for their house. So they made a plan to move, but waited a little bit too long. Had realtor come back yesterday to list their house and realtor said they should list around 1.1, but lucky to even get 1 million for it.
Market is dramatically cooling off.
They also decided not to move anymore.
