Our renter of 4 years is moving out. Today she told us that the neighbor on the other side (we live on one side of the rental) told her to tell us he’d like to be involved in the interview process in finding a new tenant.
We’re in a rural area so don’t cross paths often and I’ve only briefly talked to the guy a few times. He’s texted a time or 2 as well so he has my number to just let me know.
Probably just gonna ignore that request since obviously we’re going to try not to let a serial killer move in next door. But does his one vote equal our vote or do we split the decision 3 ways? 😂
