IMO, where everyone goes will be driven by the TV market they bring more than

any other single factor. This makes Washington, Oregon and ASU big targets; Utah not so much because BYU is already in B12.Oue TV market is not all the big either. In academics and overall athletics Utah is good but not elite. Ironically, they could have trouble getting a ride in what will be the Big 3 conterences.
