Go hard after FSU, Miami, ND, and Clemson. Promise them payouts of the Average between B10 and SEC payouts. Rest of B12 will get what is left. If the B12 could get these four or even two of the four there is a chance (the four would be exponentially better than just two). Then add some of the Pac teams including Ore and WA. This is how they make a play to be one of the P-3. Otherwise, no matter what they do, they will drift further and further behind. It is plainly evident that those four are the last four (blue bloods) standing outside the big 2 conferences. Everyone else is at least a tier below and on the precipice of falling further behind. It will take drastic measures to stay at or near the top. There is no time to waste and it will take drastic measures to come out in at least a decent position.
