Most people off this board DO have them towards the top of the list
Admittedly that's based more on on-field performance than market value and viewership though.
The idea being that if you can get on of the better (not elite, but probably top 25 or so) P5 teams over the last near-decade, then you do it. Unfortunately, conference membership isn't just about on-field performance or both BYU and Utah likely would have been P5 long before either was
