they are the #2 football school in a State with nearly 8 million residents, where Utah is in a State with just over 3 million. And Utah is doing this with annual games vs. USC/UCLA.
Oregon State has such unbelievably low viewership.
Utah would is in a bad position. Recent success helps them. Market is so-so. Geography helps them. While not the primary driver anymore, they'd be in a lesser position if they were in Norcal.
