Obviously it’s an analogy. It’s just to show that wiping such with a simple
piece of toilet paper is not sufficient in a hygienic sense (to some it may be, but to each their own. Some people also don’t shower often and that’s their prerogative.) It’s not hard to comprehend you’re cleaner wiping with toilet paper and washing/rinsing with a bidet. Most against them have never tried them, assuming it goes all over. I have probably one of the least expensive out there and when first using it was very surprised how accurate it was.
But my main question was, is your employer not providing an alternative like toilet paper? If so and you’re opposed to it why don’t you just continue business as usual and use the toilet paper?
