OU and TX, yes. USC and UCLA makes sense, there had been rumblings of conference changes.
ND will be B10 or stay independent with an ACC agreement.
the B10 pays more, and they have strategic relationships with USC and then rivalry games with Michigan, Michigan State etc. ACC is a pit stop. The B12 has zero reason to happen and it will not happen. Looking at it rationally, $$$ and academics make no sense, throw on no rivalry.
This is not on ND's radar.
