- 2 schools who hold most of the value, but clearly would be gone the second a Big10 invite comes
- 2 meh value schools who hold a lot of influence/power in policies that could really impact your bottom line (COVID anyone?) and really aren't interested in doing what it takes to compete in power football
- 2 schools who hurt your value to be associated with them, and will say anything to keep the conference together

OR

A group of schools who just went through what you are going through and bonded together with a common goal to be the best college football conference they can possibly be.
