Across the board Pac 12 ticket prices are far cheaper than big programs with more premium seating options in other P5 conferences. I can't think of a single team that has killed their fanbase by building a stadium that was too nice.

It doesn't have to line up. Many stadiums have the EZ wrap around right up to the sideline seats.

There is a big problem with the stadium- the risers are too narrow. Even with seats they are not big enough.
