Yes as odd as it sounds, it’s normal. Can’t remember the exact science behind it
but the Beta Alanine in Pre causes a harmless reaction with the nerve reactors especially in your skin and causes them to go haywire for a bit.

A take preworkout for about 1/2 my workouts. It’s safe for you in moderation and really provides a noticeable boost to energy. But a lot of people will become caffeine dependent on it, and that’s when it starts to get sketchy, when dudes are triple scooping preworkout and consuming like 600mg of caffeine in one sitting.

The main negative of preworkout is the caffeine
