He made some important changes to improve the system and it rattled a lot of
people. I think a lot of people wondered why he was chosen if Intermountain was already the number 1 integrated health system in the country. He was very aggressive and took away some of the warmth from the organization. Honestly, I think a lot of people were afraid of him.
