I don’t think he dies (that’s too easy), and I don’t think he goes to jail (he’d still thrive in jail). I think Kim testifies against him, which will be the ultimate betrayal, but somehow he escapes and lives a sad, lonely life always on the run and always looking over his shoulder.
Jesse found freedom in Alaska, Walt found freedom by dying, but Saul doesn’t find any freedom.
