Well, not quite. There's still the starting "pole position" issue of it does
make a difference on where you end up, depending on where you start. Much easier to move up, if you're already well up the ladder as opposed to being on the ground to start the climb. And if it's just P5 bias that puts you up a few rungs on the ladder to start, that's not an ill solved by just winning.
