Best guess is that I tore it (at least partially) 20 years ago in high school. Never really bothered me until the minor instability lead to a meniscus tear just a month or two ago when I was doing lunges. Ortho was pretty surprised to see the ACL was severed as I wasn’t having any symptoms from it (all my symptoms were related to the meniscus).
