I know Greg pretty well and trust me he is not arrogant contrary to the fact

He sure seems to be especially on a personal level. Not discounting the experience you had as I had a few of those as well. I am only posting this because he is a really genuine person I have served with and I would hate for you to think he is arrogant. I know it seemed to be arrogance but on rare occasions something can walk like a duck and Quack like a duck and it’s NOT a duck.
