Put my smoker together today. Bacon wrapped chicken will be the inaugural cook tomorrow. We'll see how bad I screw it up

The chicken went really well. Nice smoke flavor. Bacon crisped up nicely. Took an extra 20 minutes but otherwise great. (byuluvr, Aug 14, 2022 at 6:05pm)
