Then all they gave us was a measly $140 voucher.

These reunions only happen every 3 years and it was really emotionally necessary for him to be there since he has been struggling. He needed to be with family.

They did this to me a couple weeks ago. 7 am flight canceled, airport is 2+ hour

It is. I will usually get a quicker response by taking a gripe to social media than by waiting 2+ hours on hold.
