My prediction is that eventually the PAC will lose more teams, but I'm not sure
if it's this go-around or later on. Washington St and Oregon St will definitely get left behind and possibly a few others. Whoever is left in the PAC will invite MWC/AAC teams to backfill. Best case I see for those teams is that the split happens close to the time that the ACC blows up so the remaining teams in the PAC and ACC can merge.
