Yeah, I'm definitely not saying there aren't dudes there still. But 247 will only rate maybe 15 Hawaii guys a year
Utah had 76 rated last year for comparison. And I don't even care about the particular ratings themselves....but there's only 15 -20 guys on the radar even so when you're choosing areas to focus resources on....that's all I'm saying.
