Has anyone had any experiences with getting bad migraines after wearing a hat?
Often when I go golfing, I find that unless I take some Excedrin before/during, I usually get an excruciating migraine afterwards.

I try and drink tons of water before and during, as well as eat a snack.

With these headaches, I can almost touch the pain with my veins on the sides of my head. This is why I thought it may be related to my hat and maybe my veins expanding in the heat.

My hats are also fitted nicely on my head, so I don’t think size is an issue.

I noticed the headache issue when I wore a hat the other day for a couple of hours but wasn’t golfing. This made me think it’s more hat related than heat related… but I could be totally off.

Anyone have any luck with getting rid of migraines without the usual Excedrin?
