It's certainly more worth it to add both the AZ schools than adding UU, delivering the #11 and #64 TV markets (combined ~2.6m) rather than doubling up on the SLC TV market (~1.1m), but I do think it's still probably best for the B12 to only add the better of ASU or Arizona.
