That doesn't make sense to me. If 3 schools leaving for the Big 12 disbands the
conference, same goes for 3 schools leaving for the Big 10. Why would Big 12 strike first not knowing who Big 10 takes? That would have to be a coordinated effort between the 2 conferences and most of the PAC schools. If the Big 10 wants that from the Big 12, Big 12 better get something in return.

IMO they should try to take all they can get with a smallish buyout for OR and WA should the Big Ten come calling. Worst
