ND could save the ACC, and Big 12 would lose schools to the ACC.
ND does not like the Big 10, and even with their rivals USC Michigan, and Stanford in the BIG, I dont see ND joining. They would probably go SEC before BIG. But if ND goes full in on ACC, ACC would probably poach Big 12 schools.
