She has a hair dresser who she loves and has been going to for 25+ years. She's recently gone out on her own and my wife followed her. She charges something like $250 for the cut, color, style whatever the heck else it is she does. She does a great job.

My wife doesn't tip her. She says why should I? She sets her prices. If she wants more, charge more.
