Not a "100% useful truck" would be more accurate.
If you would never use a truck to haul a trailer further than across town, that's not a fully useful truck.
They're getting there, and the current Lightning puts the old Lightning to shame in performance (of course, a 2.7 L XL does the same). But until they solve the issues of range and "refueling", no EV truck is fully useful.
