You can't even take a Tesla Model S plaid to most drag strips because they are faster than the safety guidelines allow (the rules require a full internal roll cage due to their speed/times).
Plaid = 0-60 in under 2 seconds.
Performance = 0-60 in 3 seconds (3.5 for the Y).
