I have a history of lower back problems with a bulging disc, but it is generally fine right now and hasn’t been really horrible in a few years.
When I am driving my car on long drives, however, I get major right hip/glute pain and radiating pain down my right leg. It is completely fine when standing, running, doing core or lifting, lying down, etc. It is even not really a problem sitting in chairs that aren’t in my car, though I can get up and move a lot more. It is also not as bad when I can ride in the passenger seat and not drive. The pain is completely different than past back pain and my back isn’t hurting at the same time, so I’m not sure it is related.
Thoughts? Pinched nerve somewhere? Maybe a vein or artery problem? Google gives plenty of bad sounding ideas.
