Flacco is an old dude, his days were numbered either way and he may get a nice run out of this for the rest of the season and I hope he does well. This would be the best situation for Zach, especially if it's Flacco and not White as the starting QB. Then Zach wins the job outright next season and is 100% healthy and with the year being Joe's understudy, time for his body to heal completely, I think everyone will be shocked by the different Zach that emerges.

Salah needs to win and you can tell he's a bit impatient about the whole thing when he looked disappointed that Zach wasn't going to be ready for game one. Well there is a darn good reason
for Salah to be nervous and I don't think it's personal between he and Zach, he needs someone
to lead the team. They have some pretty exciting young talent and I think if Joe can stay healthy this year will be a great year for Zach to learn and not force to early a comeback.
