I have a friend who did the Everest challenge. Climbed over 30,000 ft in 16 hrs.
He went up and down little cottonwood canyon something like 28 times. I have it on Strava.
Given that was not up chuncky rocks like the enchilada. 8600 vertical up that is crazy.
