include:
1. having an affair with a staffer, as you referenced. However that staff was lower on the org chart and having sexual relationships with anybody lower on the org chart is a no-no for many in leadership positions has been my experience
2. Said staffer was married - and her husband also works for the company - as a VP. (allegedly)
3. Allegedly had an affair with a second staffer.
4. Told by Celtics top brass to stop - evidently didnt
If those things are true then its a lot, lot more complex and a bigger issue than you referenced and a much more severe punishment, if not firing, seems appropriate
