Roberts wants to give some guys who don't normally get it PT and other guys some days off. Freddy Freeman had to be ordered to take some days off. He'd play every game. Can't blame him since he's in the hunt for batting title and most hits. Trae Turner also looking for most hits so he wants to play.

Roberts needs to firm up playoff roster.

That said there is no excuse for errors and poor pitching outings. These guys need to tighten it up.
