I walked around the neighborhood and found a number of houses I'd never even noticed with solar panel, including several of my model. I'm not concerned.

Our HOA died a merciful death from disinterest 30 years ago so they're not concerned, either.

Large hail can break/destroy the panels; small hail should be fine

Current cost is moderate but our utility system uses coal and will certainly transition to something more expensive
