Kalani’s hiring and retention of such a poor coach as his DC is a poor
Reflection on his own coaching ability.
Tuiaki never should have been hired as DC. Never. Tuiaki has not progressed as a strategic thinker or adjuster. He continues to be after 7 years a person who can’t readily adjust, can’t recruit DL talent, continues to run a jr high D scheme.
Tuiaki is not a good DC. End of story.
Kalani is not a good coach in his hiring in this area.
