I was really struggling on the bike with keeping anything down. After mile 44 on the bike and puking for about the 5th time medical asked me to call it a day. They ended up transporting me to medical for IV. 1 bad later I felt like a million bucks again.

Make it worse, my Achilles started hurting about mile 6 and I tried riding it through it but now it's in pretty bad shape and swollen. I think even if I had found a way through the bike it probably would of kept me from finishing the run.

Triathlon an interesting sport. One day you feel like a hero and others humble you. It was definitely a humble pie day.
