By wild I mean where it lives. Breed doesn't define how it ultimately acts.
If the dog was raised and lived in the wild, it's wild. I'm just saying it's harder to distinguish than people make it out be. Packs of dogs in Eastern Europe for example were no different than coyotes .

Dogs are considered a sub species of wolf, and if it's a wild dog, there is practically no difference
