Of the Eiffel tower 12 years ago.  I was shocked how we had the whole place to ourselves while the crowds stuck to the fountains and Champ de Mars.  Very memorable and photo heaven if your wife is into that.

Later, I recommended the same place to a friend for a marriage proposal. Clear view of Eiffel Tower, Palais de Chaillot, and invalides without the crowds, especially in April.
