Instead of just running with the pack to jump into the scrum, Greer stays with his assignment to keep the edge, and also sees the QB cheating out into the left flat. Except for Greer, it looks like there is nobody out in that left flat. The RB was supposed to throw back to the QB, but since Greer was covering him, the RB had no choice but to run it into a loaded D on the right side. I think he ended up with no gain on the play, or possibly a loss.
