Changing timeouts is not the solution. Gotta have ads to pay the bills. This change will significantly alter the game.
No longer will a team grind the ball to limit the number of possessions their opponent has. They can pass at will and still bleed the clock. This favors teams with smaller players, such as the G5 teams.
